MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
We welcome new members to Lake Mohawk Tennis Club with its lighted courts, social deck, kitchen and game room.
Our club is across the street from the lovely Lake Mohawk Country Club and Boardwalk. Bear left after entering the LMCC/LMTC parking lot.
Try us out! Come on a Friday night to play in our weekly social, 6-10 pm.
Member benefits include:
- One year’s unlimited play on four outdoor lighted hard-court tennis courts and two pickleball courts
- Daily group play/round robins
- Evening play til 11pm
- 8 free clinics
- Social events and holiday “pot luck” play
Our season begins as soon as it’s warm enough for the balls to bounce, and lasts as long as you wish! Nets are up year-round.
Optional programs offered to members at additional cost:
- Lessons/clinics with our teaching pros
- Monthly tournaments (nominal entry fee)
- KIDS CAMP summer program
Our members use our club's TeamApp for
- Viewing the current calendar
- Signing up for organized play, clinics, tournaments and other club events
- Buying LMTC logo wear
- Finding partners and opponents
We play pickleball too! A mix of ping pong, tennis, badminton and a few quirky rules, pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the world and is fun for all ages and abilities – even if you think you’re “not athletic."
We provide paddles and balls so you can get hooked on the sport before you buy your own. And we'll teach you to play, no charge! Stop by on Friday nights to try it.
Using court curtains, simultaneously we can play pickleball & tennis, teach a lesson, and run a clinic - as we did on this lovely evening.
Pickleball has priority on court #4, and 8 people can play at once. We encourage feed-in and mix-and-match play.
Between sets, relax with friends on our viewing deck or in our club room, or keep the competition going with ping pong, darts, foosball and pinball in the game room.
After the match, you’re steps away from drinks at the Tiki Bar, lakefront dining on the Boardwalk, and White Deer Plaza’s shops, bars and restaurants.
